Assembly and Warehouse
Ensuring the quality of manufactured parts and ease of use for customers led us to establish an assembly unit, enabling the assembly of bolts, nuts, and washers with a capacity of 80,000 pieces per day.
The company’s warehouse, in compliance with customers’ packaging requirements (wooden boxes, cartons, plastic crates), can store up to 300 tons of finished products.

In-process sampling and inspections, along with final testing of manufactured parts in the company’s laboratory, ensure the delivery of high-quality components.
Heat Treatment

Heat Treatment
The heat treatment of manufactured products is provided with a dedicated production line, under strict control, and by experienced personnel, with a capacity of 6.5 tons per day.This furnace operates continuously and is equipped with endothermic protective gas, enabling Carburizing, Hardening, and Carbonitriding processes.
Bolt and nut manufacturing
Description
Bolt and nut manufacturing
The presence of two fully automatic hot forging machines for producing nuts and parts, along with 10 threading machines, enables the preparation of 2,000 tons of nuts and parts per year.Additionally, four high-speed, fully automatic PLC cold forging machines (with 4 and 5 dies) have increased our bolt production capacity to 2,500 tons per year.

Raw material processing

Raw material processing
To accelerate customer order fulfillment and ensure strict control over raw material quality, our company has established an in-house raw material preparation process with a capacity of 15 tons per day.Furthermore, we always maintain a ready stock of raw materials equivalent to three months of production in our warehouse.
